Balconies both on the front and back of the unit. Just footsteps to the World Famous Downtown St. Pete (DTSP). This home is perfectly centrally located to all of St. Pete's finest attractions. Whether looking for great food, easy access to Downtown Nightlife, Concerts, Events & Conventions or simply want to enjoy the best living experience St. Pete has to offer during your stay, This is the place to be!

Concerned about parking?

You will have access to a parking pass that will allow you FREE PARKING on the street anywhere in zone 1B. Most of the time you can find a space either right on 6th street in front of the condo or just one block away on 3rd Ave South.

Just two flights of stairs to the top level of my quaint building, turn RIGHT and go to the 2nd door on the right. There you will find the front balcony where you can enjoy a great cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.

With being only two blocks off Central Avenue, you can enjoy all the action Downtown St. Petersburg has to offer or spend a quiet night at the condo.

Only 20 minutes from Tampa Airport and easy access to the interstate.
