My condo is an Exquisitely Designed Warm & Comfortable Corner Unit. Balconies both on the front and back of the unit. Just footsteps to the World Famous Downtown St. Pete (DTSP). My home is perfectly centrally located to all of St. Pete's finest attractions. Whether looking for great food, easy access to Downtown Nightlife, Concerts, Events & Conventions or simply want to enjoy the best living experience St. Pete has to offer during your stay, This is the place to be!
Concerned about parking?
You will have access to a parking pass that will allow you FREE PARKING on the street anywhere in zone 1B. Most of the time you can find a space either right on 6th street in front of the condo or just one block away on 3rd Ave South.

I have spared no expense to make sure you will enjoy your time at my condo. In my home you will find a comfortable mattress, a well equipped kitchen and a Spa inspired bathroom.
You will have access to the entire studio apartment and the front and back balcony.
My guests can count on me if they have questions or need assistance. I live nearby and can be reached by phone or text, email or on the Pura Vida Concierge Services website.
With being only two blocks off Central Avenue, you can enjoy all the action Downtown St. Petersburg has to offer or spend a quiet night at the condo.
