*NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS – Not allowed in the house or on the property.
*NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE – Help us keep the home clean.
*NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES – For your safety and property protection.
*PET POLICY – Up to 2 dogs (35 lbs or less). Dogs must be supervised at all times, not allowed on furniture or beds, and must be created if left alone.
The Pet fee goes toward any extra cleaning that may be needed due to the pet hair, not for any pet damage.
*UNREGISTERED GUESTS PROHIBITED – Extra guests require prior permission.
*REPORT DAMAGE PROMPTLY – Please notify us immediately of any accidental damage.
