Booking Details:
✅ Check-in and Check-out: 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM, respectively. Guests are expected to adhere to these designated times. Detailed instructions will be provided closer to the arrival date.
✅ No. of Guests: Maximum of 4 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
✅ No Deposit Required.
Important Note: 55+ Community Requirement
This home is located in a 55+ community. In accordance with local laws and HOA regulations, the primary as well as half of all guests must be 55 years of age or older during the stay. While guests of all ages are welcome to visit, this requirement must be met for booking eligibility.
Recreation Center Access:
Guests have the option to access the Sun City West recreation centers; however, please note that access is managed directly by the association and comes at an additional cost.
At this time, only one guest may be eligible for membership unless an upgraded landlord membership is purchased. Standard membership fees are $105 per person, per month. If two guests are interested, the owner is open to covering some of the upgrade cost, but the total guest contribution would be $250 upfront and $210/month for two memberships.
