Private Basement Guest Suite that is decked out with lots of entertainment! The theater room has a 10-foot projector screen with surround sound and classic popcorn machine. Board/card games. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee machine.

Our Guest Suite sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. You'll find it's the perfect spot for a couple of friends or small family. We have tastefully designed this space to be a cozy and a fun place to relax after a day of exploring.

courses, sporting events, shopping, and a wide variety of restaurants. Downtown Denver is about 30 minutes, Red Rocks is 40 minutes, Cherry Creek is 30 minutes, Boulder is 50 minutes, and Colorado Springs is 60 minutes.

If you are staying in, you can enjoy food delivery from a wide variety of local restaurants. There is also a Neighborhood Walmart just across the street.
