The space:
Our classic Summit County condo is a home away from home, designed for couples, friends or families. It features two bedrooms plus a comfortable pull-out sofa.
You can unwind by the cozy fireplace or step out onto the private balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air. The condo's best feature is its easy access to all the winter fun, including several great Nordic centers, sledding hills, and ice skating rinks. After a day on the slopes, you can relax and recharge at the pool and hot tub, located just 20 meters away.
Within a couple of blocks, you'll find local bars, restaurants, and a microbrewery. For more options, including grocery stores and a movie theater, everything is just a couple of miles away. It's truly a great location for enjoying all the winter fun while having a peaceful place to return to.

Booking Details:
✅ Check-in and Check-out: 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM, respectively. Guests are expected to adhere to these designated times. Detailed instructions will be provided closer to the arrival date.
✅ No. of Guests: Maximum of 6 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
✅ No Deposit Required.
✅ Housekeeping: The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning between reservations only. There is no daily housekeeping. If you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, we can connect you with our cleaning team at your expense.
