Inside, you’ll find two comfortable king bedrooms, including one with a built-in bunk, plus an additional twin bed perfect for families, groups, or extra guests who want their own cozy space.
Traveling with pets? The fully fenced backyard gives your fur babies room to safely stretch and play. (Only 130 per pup)
Conveniently located between Helena, Hoover, Bessemer, and Tuscaloosa, our home offers the perfect balance of quiet country charm and easy access to shopping, dining, events, and game days all without the hustle and bustle of staying in the city.

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home, front porch, and the large, fenced backyard. Enjoy seamless self-check-in with a custom keyless entry code provided before your arrival for your convenience.

For safety and security, all entrances are monitored by security cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies.
*1 doorbell camera at the entrance of the home and 1 outdoor camera facing the backyard. All devices are ON and recording during the reservation.

House Rules:

- WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts.
- No more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
- No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am.
- No weapons allowed anywhere on the property.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

Pet friendly! *Dogs only, under 50 pounds. Max of 2. Pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged after the reservation is made. -unapproved pets are a min. of $260 charge

We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow:
- Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed.
- Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside.
- Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo.
- No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates.
- Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two.
- No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation.
- There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home.
- The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. If your pet causes any injury or harm to other people or the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.
