This is a lovely condo complex with an awesome pool. Just steps from the biking/walking paths along the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, canal banks, and popular Chaparral park (dog) and recreational area. Old Town Scottsdale with its shopping and fabulous restaurants is just minutes away.

There is an assigned parking spot which is spot #7 directly in front of the unit. You can also park in any spots that are not assigned to a unit.
