Beautiful updated beachfront home on the peaceful end of Bolivar. Guests have highlighted the views, wrap around deck, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and responsive hosts. TVs in each room for the times you aren’t at the beach, reverse osmosis filtration system so you don’t have to lug water around, and StarLink internet all make for a memorable experience. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, full bath and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Bedroom 2 has queen over queen bunk beds, full bath, and items for kids like a high chair and travel crib in the closet. Bedroom 3 is upstairs with a king bed, half bath, outdoor covered mini-deck and is very private. Not really a loft, but no door to fight at the top of the stairs. To ensure convenience at night the toilet is wedged in a tiny space but usable for most people. There is a pullout queen couch in the living room for emergencies like a snoring spouse. If you love Texas beaches you will love the drive on beach, nearby birding and fishing, and the quick steps to the water, or a walk down the beach to the fishing pier. Enjoy our family beach house.
